This project was a design challenge to select a historic event, research it thoroughly, and communicate as much as possible about that event using image and type. I chose the Big Bang theory - the prevailing cosmological model explaining the early development of the universe. The design solution utilizes strong design principles including color, texture, shape, line, rhythm, and scale to create a high-aesthetic-quality piece that captures the magnitude and significance of this cosmic event through purely visual and typographic elements.
